At a glance, you can view all your client's details as well as streamlined processes, offering reliable client and matter management alongside powerful risk management and compliance tools.
Email Management
BaseNet offers a unique email management feature where all your incoming/outgoing emails are stored entirely within the system itself compared to most if not all similarly designed legal software practices (No need for the Microsoft Outlook plugin). For this reason, the ‘’side-by-side’’ design of the BaseNet user interface is configured to deliver the flexibility to file your emails against a matter file with ease. Emails are stored automatically and linked to relations to ensure quick retrieval later with just a few clicks.
The stop watch feature also keeps track of how much time is spent on an email, so that time can be directly written (and possibly corrected) to a matter. The system can also automatically recognize response emails from clients allowing you to place them in the matter file at the touch of a button but also prevent emails from being duplicated.

With BaseNet, time tracking is an essential feature of the software and functions seamlessly as your work progress carries on. Never miss a minute of your changeable time by capturing a timer from any screen.
Charge rates can be customised either by means of a standardised charge table or by selecting rates for every fee earner (or a combination of both). Moreover, time recording feature also offers due date monitoring to keep employees on-task and on-time with reminders, activity list and comprehensive reporting.
If you have not been in the office, you can register hours directly in the app or convert the appointments from your calendar into hours afterwards.

BaseNet legal mobile app offers an incredibly designed user interface allowing you to log in using your fingerprint and have all the features you would expect without the need for a PC. The mobile app’s direct and portable access gives you the ability to access all your client, contract and matter information. You can track notes, calls, emails, tasks, reminders. Furthermore, you can assign tasks to other users, set deadlines and view incomplete and overdue tasks. The mobile app can also be used for extra security when logging in to BaseNet (two-way authentication).
Management Reports
